Returns
You may return any unwanted items within 14 days of delivery (or from when the item is available for collection), provided:

The item is unworn

All tags remain attached

The item is in its original condition and packaging
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:

We do not offer free returns.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return.
We cannot accept returns after 14 days from delivery. Any items sent back outside this period may be returned to your original delivery address, and you will be responsible for the additional postage cost.
We do not offer exchanges.
How To Return Your Item
All return instructions are included inside your parcel.
To return your item:

Complete the returns form included in your order.

Enclose the form inside your parcel.

Send the item back at your own expense.
We strongly recommend sending returns via a tracked or signed-for service, as Baddies Club cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
We cannot issue a refund until the item has been received and inspected.
Return Conditions
Please take care when trying on items.
We cannot accept returns that are:

Worn, washed, or used
-
Soiled or marked (including make-up stains)
-
Missing original tags
-
Missing original packaging (including shoeboxes where applicable)
Once a tag has been removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.
All items are inspected upon return. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.
The goods remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are securely packaged and clearly labelled.
Postage costs are non-refundable.
Inspection of Goods
Customers must inspect their order upon receipt.
Any missing items, incorrect items, or issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
Faulty Items
We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

Before returning the item, please:

Include clear images of the fault
We cannot process refunds for faulty items if we were not informed prior to receiving the return.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or tampering will not be refunded.
All refunds for faulty items are issued at the discretion of Baddies Club.

This policy applies to online purchases only.
If you operate physical retail locations, in-store purchases are subject to separate terms and conditions.
