Our Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (3–4 Working Days) – £3.99
UK Next Day Delivery (Mon–Thurs Only) – £4.99
Order before 2pm (Monday–Thursday) to receive your order the next working day.

Republic of Ireland (3–5 Working Days) – £9.99

⚠️ No parcels are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Dispatch Information

All UK and offshore orders are dispatched Monday to Friday before 2pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Important Delivery Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all checkout details are accurate.
Baddies Club cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information (including wrong postcode, missing door numbers, or incorrect street names).
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Most couriers will attempt delivery twice.
If unavailable, the courier may:
- Leave a calling card
- Send an SMS or email notification
- Leave the parcel with a neighbour

If you request your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk. Baddies Club cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels in these circumstances.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional postage charges may apply for redelivery.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

International Delivery (Duty & VAT)

We offer a 2–3 working day international delivery service.

Please note:

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes.
These charges are determined by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Baddies Club will not cover these charges.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in your parcel being returned to us. Any delivery and return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

If returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the parcel:
“Return to Supplier”

Product prices remain the same regardless of delivery country.

Harder-to-Reach UK Locations

The following postcode areas are considered harder to reach and may experience longer delivery times. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in these areas:
